TryKlout is a small team, and the same people who build the audit answer the email. There's no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of us. Write to hi@tryklout.com and you'll get a reply from someone who can actually look at your run.
An audit that didn't arrive
Audits normally finish within a few minutes of payment, and the three files are emailed to the address you used at checkout. If nothing has landed, check the spam folder first, then email us with the address you paid from and the profile URL you submitted. We can find the run from either one and re-send the files, or re-run the audit if it failed partway. You do not need an account or an order number — the email address you paid with is enough for us to locate it.
Billing and refunds
Every audit is a one-time $49 charge processed by Stripe. There is no subscription, nothing recurring, and no stored card on our side. If an audit failed, produced files about the wrong profile, or was clearly not the account you asked for, email us and we'll refund it — we'd rather do that than argue about it. For anything else, tell us what went wrong and we'll sort out something fair. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
Privacy, data, and takedown requests
We read only public posts from the profile URL you give us, and we keep the report so you can retrieve it later. If you want your report and the email address attached to it deleted, say so and we'll remove them. The full detail of what we collect and how long we keep it lives on our legal page.

TryKlout is built by Kanopy, which runs positioning, content, and growth for founders and operators. For press, partnership, or agency enquiries — including running audits in bulk for a client roster — use the same address and mention what you have in mind.
Where we are
We're based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and we work with people everywhere — the audit itself is available worldwide. Email is the fastest way to reach us in any timezone; we answer on UAE business days and usually within one of them.
