Refund policy
Each Klout audit is generated on demand and delivered instantly, so all sales are final once your report has been produced. If we're unable to generate your report — a failed run, a scrape we can't complete, or a technical error on our end — you'll receive a full refund. If anything looks wrong with a report you were charged for, email hi@tryklout.com and we'll make it right.
Terms of service
By purchasing or using a Klout audit, you agree to these terms. Klout is a one-time, paid analysis product: you provide a public social profile URL, we scrape publicly available data from it and use AI to produce a strategy document, an analysis spreadsheet, and a 30-day content plan.
Your use of it. You should only submit profiles you own or are authorized to analyze. You may use the deliverables however you like — they're yours to keep, share, and act on.
What we can promise. Every audit is generated from your real, current public data — nothing is templated. The analysis reflects AI-generated recommendations and professional judgment, not a guarantee of any specific follower, engagement, or revenue outcome. Klout is a strategic tool, not a promise of results.
Data. We only work with publicly available profile data and the email address you give us to deliver your report. We don't post to, log into, or modify your accounts.
Liability. Klout is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an audit is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for how you choose to act on the recommendations.
